Thank you for being an expert for PLACE, it’s fantastic to have you with us to promote migrant-led innovation and societal action thorugh the arts. We hope you enjoyed the LIVE expert session where you met and shared tips with the Catalysts, and discovered their resilience and enthusiasm. Please share your evaluation here with us, so we can monitor the Catalyts’ program and help them build their artivist practice!

What’s the context of the evaluation?

The Catalysts underwent a “Challenge” with PLACE in a 2.5-hour interactive online learning experience. In a roleplay scenario, the Catalysts found themselves in Paris, immersed in a vibrant community arts hub. Having been featured in the special edition of TIME Magazine (from the first challenge), they had a team to manage, bringing their projects together and steering them towards success. Their objective was to produce a leadership plan, which was then translated into a 2-minute motivational speech for their team, announcing how they would deliver the project together. The had to take account the following in their speeches: – Inspire – reach for purposeful stimulating goals -Achieve – set reachable collective performance -Empower – commit to what you will change and bring to make this work
