In today\u2019s global landscape, fostering inclusive political participation and creating leadership opportunities for people with migrant backgrounds is vital to building diverse, representative societies. However, according to the <\/span>MIPEX index<\/span><\/a>, political participation is the weakest link in global integration policies, scoring just 25\/100. This reality highlights the urgent need for platforms where the voices of those with migration backgrounds are heard and valued.<\/span><\/p>\n

MIN<\/b> is that platform\u2014a dynamic space where professionals from diverse fields and migrant backgrounds come together to exchange ideas, collaborate on projects, and amplify their collective influence in shaping policies and leading change.<\/span><\/p>\n
