In this session you will be introduced to core aspects of community leadership; helping newcomers to develop skills and behaviours which foster the trust in their communities and help them to achieve common goals. By the end of this session you will have\u2026 – Evaluated and scrutinised four leadership strategies which aim to build trust as well as demonstrated the ability to apply them. – Demonstrated application of leadership and communication skills to capture community members’ concerns and difficulty to build cohesive arguments. – Employed a problem tree to identify issues newcomers face in terms of participation and create solutions for those problems.<\/p>\n
