Anis Barnat<\/strong><\/a> est un leader culturel avec une carri\u00e8re qui fait le pont diplomatie<\/strong>, m\u00e9dias<\/strong>, et les arts<\/strong>Il a travaill\u00e9 avec le Ambassade de France aux \u00c9tats-Unis<\/strong>, Radio France<\/strong><\/a>, Sciences Po Paris<\/strong><\/a>, et Askonas Holt<\/strong>,<\/a> o\u00f9 il a repr\u00e9sent\u00e9 des orchestres et des ch\u0153urs internationaux et a nou\u00e9 des liens \u00e9troits avec Le syst\u00e8me v\u00e9n\u00e9zu\u00e9lien<\/strong><\/a>. En tant que co-fondateur de El Sistema Gr\u00e8ce<\/a><\/strong>, il d\u00e9fend les arts communautaires comme outil d'inclusion sociale. En 2024, Anis rejoint l'Alliance des leaders \u00e9mergents pour l'artivisme<\/strong><\/a> En tant qu'expert, il offre conseils et inspiration aux artivistes qui se pr\u00e9parent \u00e0 faire \u00e9voluer les choses gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 leur cr\u00e9ativit\u00e9 et \u00e0 leur v\u00e9cu. Dans les r\u00e9flexions qui suivent, il partage ce que ce parcours a signifi\u00e9 pour lui, l'impact du programme et sa vision de son avenir.<\/p>\n

C'est pour moi un plaisir et une joie immenses de voir cette initiative pionni\u00e8re entrer dans sa troisi\u00e8me phase, de constater son impact sur la vie et le travail d'un nombre croissant d'artivistes qui cherchent \u00e0 accro\u00eetre leur impact sur le monde. Et sur ceux qui la guident.<\/div>\n

C'est \u00e9galement une exp\u00e9rience enrichissante pour moi car la mission de l'Emerging Leaders Artivism Alliance s'articule autour de deux aspects qui r\u00e9sonnent profond\u00e9ment avec ma propre mission : le transformateur le pouvoir des arts pour le changement social<\/strong> et l\u2019autonomisation des r\u00e9fugi\u00e9s et des migrants.<\/em> J\u2019ai consacr\u00e9 mon \u00e9nergie, pendant de nombreuses ann\u00e9es, \u00e0 ces objectifs.<\/div>\n

Ce programme a eu une naissance organique. R\u00e9seau PLACE<\/em>, membre du CAN, acc\u00e9l\u00e8re<\/strong> et exploite l'innovation<\/strong> que les personnes issues de l'immigration am\u00e8nent en Europe. CAN permet, s'engage<\/strong> et donne du pouvoir aux acteurs du changement<\/strong> l'utilisation des arts pour un impact social. L'id\u00e9e pour nous co-cr\u00e9er un programme pour soutenir les artistes ayant une exp\u00e9rience de migration est venu naturellement<\/strong>Il r\u00e9pond \u00e0 un besoin si urgent et vital, et offre un tel potentiel d\u2019impact r\u00e9el, que nous avons pens\u00e9 qu\u2019il ne pouvait que r\u00e9ussir.<\/div>\n
Et ce fut pour moi un parcours d'apprentissage tellement inspirant et enrichissant depuis sa cr\u00e9ation. connectez les artistes \u00e9ligibles \u00e0 notre r\u00e9seau mondial<\/strong> et au-del\u00e0 de cette opportunit\u00e9 (un objectif cl\u00e9 du CAN), ainsi que des conseillers de confiance pour aider \u00e0 guider le processus et des mentors pour guider les boursiers dans leur propre parcours dans le programme.<\/div>\n

Dans un contexte dynamique comme celui-ci, l'impact est une voie \u00e0 double sens\u2026 ou plut\u00f4t, une autoroute \u00e0 plusieurs voies. Ce fut une exp\u00e9rience inspirante pour moi, non seulement d'observer l'impact de la bourse sur les participants et leurs propres parcours de croissance<\/strong> Mais ces artivistes incroyables et divers \u2013 tous faisant un travail si int\u00e9ressant et significatif \u2013 ont \u00e9galement pu constater l'impact consid\u00e9rable qu'ils ont eu sur moi. J'ai beaucoup appris, non seulement d'eux et de ce qu'ils ont apport\u00e9, mais aussi sur la fa\u00e7on dont ils peuvent fa\u00e7onner des programmes comme celui-ci. l'impact qu'ils ont l'un sur l'autre<\/strong> Au fur et \u00e0 mesure qu'ils apprenaient \u00e0 se conna\u00eetre et \u00e0 collaborer, beaucoup se sont joints \u00e0 nous sans vraiment se consid\u00e9rer comme des artivistes ou sans saisir pleinement le potentiel des arts pour atteindre leurs objectifs, et sont repartis pr\u00e9par\u00e9s \u00e0 de plus hauts sommets. Comme les anciens. C\u00e9dric Bisano (de la cohorte inaugurale)<\/strong>, que nous avons nomin\u00e9 pour un prestigieux Bourse Kofi Annan Changemakers<\/em><\/strong>\u2026et j\u2019ai v\u00e9cu une exp\u00e9rience incroyable et enrichissante dans le cadre de ce programme.<\/div>\n

De notre cohorte inaugurale \u00e0 la troisi\u00e8me \u00e0 venir, l\u2019\u00e9quipe a \u00e9t\u00e9 \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9coute apprentissages tir\u00e9s des participants et du processus<\/strong> \u2013 et de r\u00e9fl\u00e9chir aux moyens d'approfondir l'exp\u00e9rience et les r\u00e9sultats des boursiers. J'ai \u00e9galement personnellement rencontr\u00e9 certains membres de l'\u00e9quipe PLACE et des amiti\u00e9s se sont nou\u00e9es au fil du temps. faire de ce programme tr\u00e8s sp\u00e9cial<\/em><\/strong> non seulement une d\u00e9marche professionnelle mais aussi une espace de connexion plus profond,<\/strong> plus centr\u00e9 sur l'humain.<\/div>\n

Alors, qu'est-ce qui pourrait \u00eatre utile \u00e0 savoir pour la prochaine vague d'artivistes ? l'Alliance des leaders \u00e9mergents pour l'artivisme<\/em>? Une chose \u2013 c'est au c\u0153ur de notre mission au CAN<\/strong> \u2013 c'est que les r\u00e9seaux ont un pouvoir et un potentiel incroyables. Et si vous \u00eates pr\u00eat \u00e0 y engager les autres et \u00e0 partager ce que vous avez \u00e0 offrir en retour, vous pouvez en tirer des b\u00e9n\u00e9fices bien plus importants que vous ne l'auriez jamais imagin\u00e9. Il suffit de demander aux anciens (non, s\u00e9rieusement, essayez de vous connecter avec ceux qui sont pass\u00e9s par l\u00e0). Et, si ce n'est pas d\u00e9j\u00e0 le cas, soyez \u00e9galement ouvert \u00e0 exp\u00e9rimenter toute l'\u00e9tendue du pouvoir des arts<\/strong> Pour faire progresser vos efforts.
