Trop d'informations, trop de choix. Tant de pr\u00e9cautions \u00e0 prendre pour \u00eatre s\u00fbr de ce qui est vrai, de ce qui est faux et de ce qui se situe entre les deux. Tant d'appr\u00e9hension quant aux cons\u00e9quences d'une erreur publique.<\/div>\n

Mais pour sortir du brouillard de notre monde satur\u00e9 d'informations, il faut revenir \u00e0 cet acte simple\u00a0: Nous devons nous \u00e9couter \u00e0 nouveau, nous-m\u00eames, les autres.<\/strong> Ralentir. Rien, pendant quelques minutes.<\/div>\n

Mais c'est aussi une exp\u00e9rience tr\u00e8s r\u00e9v\u00e9latrice. Cela r\u00e9v\u00e8le tous les mots que nous pronon\u00e7ons par-dessus ceux d'une autre personne pour lui montrer que nous l'\u00e9coutons.<\/strong>On a souvent envie de relier ce qu'ils disent \u00e0 nos propres exp\u00e9riences, d'interrompre. Ces r\u00e9actions ne sont pas mauvaises en soi\u00a0; vouloir interagir est une bonne chose. Pourtant, quel plaisir d'\u00e9couter une histoire racont\u00e9e d'une traite, exactement comme la personne qui la raconte l'entend\u00a0! Et quel bonheur de pouvoir prendre le temps de r\u00e9fl\u00e9chir en d\u00e9tail \u00e0 ce que l'on veut partager avec quelqu'un, et de le dire \u00e0 son rythme, avec ses propres mots\u00a0! C'est une exp\u00e9rience des plus simples, mais qui procure un sentiment de profonde gu\u00e9rison.<\/div>\n

Raconter votre histoire comme vous le souhaitez vous am\u00e8ne \u00e0 un endroit l\u00e0 o\u00f9 la vuln\u00e9rabilit\u00e9 et la force se rejoignent<\/strong>Vous vous d\u00e9voilez enti\u00e8rement \u00e0 l'autre, et pourtant vos paroles peuvent vous apporter un soutien pr\u00e9cieux dans les moments difficiles.
