S&#039;appuyant sur une \u00e9coute attentive, une compr\u00e9hension \u00e9volutive du sentiment d&#039;appartenance et une attention renouvel\u00e9e port\u00e9e au bien-\u00eatre et \u00e0 l&#039;accompagnement, il explique comment cette ann\u00e9e a permis \u00e0 PLACE de grandir, non pas en reniant ses valeurs, mais en les approfondissant.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"612\" data-end=\"787\">Lisez sa r\u00e9flexion pour d\u00e9couvrir comment l&#039;\u00e9coute des exp\u00e9riences v\u00e9cues, l&#039;adoption du sentiment d&#039;appartenance comme force collective et la priorit\u00e9 accord\u00e9e \u00e0 la bienveillance fa\u00e7onnent la vision de PLACE pour 2026 et au-del\u00e0.<\/p>\n<div>\n<blockquote>\n<div>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: normal; font-family: Montserrat;\">Alors que les individus et les collectifs ont tendance \u00e0 faire le bilan de l&#039;ann\u00e9e et \u00e0 r\u00e9fl\u00e9chir en interne \u00e0 leurs principales conclusions pour 2025, j&#039;ai essay\u00e9 de consigner mes id\u00e9es dans cet article, et ce que je peux affirmer clairement, c&#039;est que <strong>L\u2019ann\u00e9e 2025 a \u00e9t\u00e9 marqu\u00e9e par trois concepts\u00a0: <span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><strong>\u00c9coute<\/strong>, <strong>Appartenance<\/strong><\/span><\/strong><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, <\/span><strong><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><strong>Soins<\/strong>\u00a0et <strong>Bien-\u00eatre<\/strong><\/span><\/strong><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">. <\/span>Et croyez-moi, ce que j&#039;entends par ces concepts va bien au-del\u00e0 des personnes, des id\u00e9es et des responsabilit\u00e9s.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: normal; font-family: Montserrat;\">Alors que la dynamique des migrations mondiales s&#039;intensifie sous l&#039;effet des changements sociaux, politiques et \u00e9cologiques actuels, <em>PLACE elle-m\u00eame a \u00e9t\u00e9 appel\u00e9e \u00e0 \u00e9voluer non pas en renon\u00e7ant \u00e0 ses valeurs fondamentales, mais en les approfondissant.<\/em>Cette ann\u00e9e m&#039;a oblig\u00e9e \u00e0 faire face aux complexit\u00e9s auxquelles nous sommes confront\u00e9s. <strong>avec soin et intention<\/strong>, <strong>g\u00e9rer l&#039;urgence tout en d\u00e9fendant notre vision \u00e0 long terme<\/strong>.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: normal; font-family: Montserrat;\">Une grande partie de mon parcours en 2025 a \u00e9t\u00e9 fa\u00e7onn\u00e9e par <strong>\u00e9coute<\/strong>\u00c9couter les leaders migrants explorer et co-cr\u00e9er des syst\u00e8mes qui n&#039;ont pas \u00e9t\u00e9 con\u00e7us pour eux. \u00c9couter <strong>praticiens cr\u00e9atifs qui utilisent les arts<\/strong>,\u00a0<strong> Culture<\/strong>, et <em>actif <\/em><strong>la pr\u00e9sence comme outil de survie<\/strong> et <strong>r\u00e9sistance<\/strong>\u00c9couter les voix \u00e9mergentes qui remettent en question les cadres d\u00e9pass\u00e9s et posent des questions plus pertinentes et plus honn\u00eates sur le pouvoir, l&#039;appartenance et la responsabilit\u00e9. Ces rencontres m&#039;ont constamment rappel\u00e9 que le leadership ne se limite pas \u00e0 donner une direction, mais consiste aussi \u00e0 cr\u00e9er les conditions permettant aux autres de diriger et de s&#039;\u00e9panouir, en particulier ceux dont le savoir est issu de l&#039;exp\u00e9rience v\u00e9cue.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: normal; font-family: Montserrat;\">J&#039;en suis \u00e9galement venu \u00e0 comprendre <em>Appartenir plus profond\u00e9ment cette ann\u00e9e<\/em>, comme <strong>L\u2019appartenance n\u2019est pas seulement une question politique ou un ph\u00e9nom\u00e8ne d\u00e9mographique. C\u2019est un r\u00e9cit profond\u00e9ment humain qui relie les parcours individuels de croissance, de connexion, de soutien et de r\u00e9invention \u00e0 des transformations collectives plus vastes.<\/strong> et j&#039;ai tellement de chance qu&#039;\u00e0 PLACE nous consid\u00e9rions l&#039;appartenance comme une force qui remod\u00e8le les cultures, les villes et les r\u00e9alit\u00e9s, et <strong>comme un miroir refl\u00e9tant la mani\u00e8re dont les soci\u00e9t\u00e9s choisissent de r\u00e9agir au changement<\/strong>, <span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">avec <strong>La solidarit\u00e9 plut\u00f4t que la peur<\/strong>et avec <strong>imagination et ouverture<\/strong> au lieu d&#039;une conclusion.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: normal; font-family: Montserrat;\">Et oui, <strong>Les soins et le bien-\u00eatre \u00e9taient au c\u0153ur de mes discussions et de mes dialogues.<\/strong> que j&#039;ai eues. Je ne suis pas surpris que la plupart des parties prenantes avec lesquelles je travaille \u00e9troitement les aient \u00e9galement consid\u00e9r\u00e9es comme une priorit\u00e9, et c&#039;est vraiment utile pour les organisations dirig\u00e9es par des migrants qui travaillent sur <strong>reconnaissant l&#039;importance des soins personnels et du bien-\u00eatre pour chacun d&#039;entre nous dans l&#039;ensemble de l&#039;\u00e9cosyst\u00e8me<\/strong>et la n\u00e9cessit\u00e9 de la consid\u00e9rer non pas comme une mode passag\u00e8re qui durera un temps puis dispara\u00eetra, mais comme un <strong>\u00e9l\u00e9ment fondamental du r\u00e9seau PLACE<\/strong> et tous les autres \u00e9tablissements qui d\u00e9fendent les droits et la justice.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: normal; font-family: Montserrat;\">Alors oui, l&#039;ann\u00e9e 2025 a \u00e9t\u00e9 consacr\u00e9e \u00e0 approfondir et \u00e0 d\u00e9velopper nos connaissances collectives en tant qu&#039;organisation, en France, en Europe et au-del\u00e0.
