Transformer les syst\u00e8mes implique de s&#039;interroger sur les personnes pour lesquelles ils sont con\u00e7us, sur celles qui ont le pouvoir de les fa\u00e7onner et sur la mani\u00e8re dont nous cr\u00e9ons un espace permettant \u00e0 chacun de faire entendre sa voix.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"128\" data-end=\"369\"><span style=\"color: #8c291c; font-family: 'Havelock Solid'; font-size: small; white-space-collapse: preserve;\"><\/span><\/p>\n<p data-start=\"128\" data-end=\"369\"><span style=\"color: #8c291c; font-family: 'Havelock Solid'; font-size: x-large; white-space-collapse: preserve;\">Voix de la transformation, Imtinen Abidi<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">J&#039;ai appris <strong>pouvoir<\/strong> bien avant que je ne d\u00e9couvre <strong>politique<\/strong>Non pas en th\u00e9orie, mais par l&#039;exp\u00e9rience v\u00e9cue : dans l&#039;histoire de ma famille et dans ma propre place au sein de syst\u00e8mes qui n&#039;ont jamais sembl\u00e9 neutres.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Mes parents ont quitt\u00e9 la Tunisie au d\u00e9but des ann\u00e9es 90, \u00e0 une \u00e9poque o\u00f9 l&#039;espace pour exprimer des id\u00e9es politiques \u00e9tait non seulement limit\u00e9, mais aussi dangereux. <strong>Leur engagement politique a eu des cons\u00e9quences<\/strong>et partir devint une n\u00e9cessit\u00e9. <strong>L&#039;exil n&#039;est jamais neutre<\/strong>\u2026cela change votre vision du monde et la fa\u00e7on dont le monde vous per\u00e7oit.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">N\u00e9e et \u00e9lev\u00e9e en France, j&#039;ai h\u00e9rit\u00e9 de cette histoire en m\u00eame temps qu&#039;une autre r\u00e9alit\u00e9 : <strong>une soci\u00e9t\u00e9 fa\u00e7onn\u00e9e par l&#039;h\u00e9ritage colonial qui structure encore la mani\u00e8re dont les corps, les identit\u00e9s et les voix sont per\u00e7us et trait\u00e9s.<\/strong>J&#039;ai appris tr\u00e8s t\u00f4t que le sentiment d&#039;appartenance ne se r\u00e9sume pas \u00e0 \u00eatre pr\u00e9sent. Il s&#039;agit de\u2026 <strong>comment vous \u00eates lu, cat\u00e9goris\u00e9 et parfois r\u00e9duit<\/strong>.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Le fait d&#039;\u00eatre raciste \u00e0 cause du hijab pendant mes ann\u00e9es de lyc\u00e9e est devenu un marqueur social et politique. Un moyen pour les enseignants et <strong>Le proviseur du lyc\u00e9e me d\u00e9finissait et me limitait souvent.<\/strong>Je me souviens encore que lors de ma c\u00e9r\u00e9monie de remise des dipl\u00f4mes au lyc\u00e9e, j&#039;ai \u00e9t\u00e9 exclue malgr\u00e9 mon droit d&#039;y assister et j&#039;ai d\u00fb attendre \u00e0 l&#039;ext\u00e9rieur de l&#039;\u00e9tablissement, une exp\u00e9rience qui m&#039;a profond\u00e9ment marqu\u00e9e. J&#039;ai alors pris conscience de <strong>la rapidit\u00e9 avec laquelle les gens attribuent une signification<\/strong>, <strong>comment la diff\u00e9rence est politis\u00e9e<\/strong>et comment certaines identit\u00e9s sont rendues hyper-visibles tandis que leurs voix sont simultan\u00e9ment remises en question ou ignor\u00e9es.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">C\u2019est avec cette perspective que j\u2019aborde aujourd\u2019hui mon travail de responsable de programme au sein d\u2019un p\u00f4le de gouvernance et d\u2019\u00e9laboration des politiques. Officiellement, mon r\u00f4le consiste \u00e0 coordonner les initiatives et les parties prenantes, \u00e0 g\u00e9rer les processus et \u00e0 contribuer \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9laboration des politiques. <strong>Mais en pratique, j&#039;interviens \u00e0 l&#039;intersection des syst\u00e8mes et des r\u00e9alit\u00e9s v\u00e9cues, l\u00e0 o\u00f9 se fa\u00e7onnent les d\u00e9cisions.<\/strong> mais pas toujours v\u00e9cues de la m\u00eame mani\u00e8re.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Je travaille dans des espaces o\u00f9 les personnes issues de l&#039;immigration et les jeunes sont invit\u00e9s \u00e0 participer aux processus de gouvernance, \u00e0 contribuer aux discussions politiques, et pourtant, je suis constamment consciente que l&#039;inclusion en soi ne garantit pas l&#039;influence.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Dans les espaces civiques en particulier, la repr\u00e9sentation est souvent c\u00e9l\u00e9br\u00e9e comme un aboutissement. Mais j&#039;en suis venu \u00e0 penser qu&#039;il ne s&#039;agit que d&#039;un point de d\u00e9part. La vraie question est\u00a0: <\/span><b>Comment le pouvoir se construit-il, se partage-t-il et s&#039;exerce-t-il\u00a0? Qui est en mesure non seulement d&#039;\u00eatre pr\u00e9sent, mais aussi d&#039;influencer les r\u00e9sultats\u00a0? Et par quels m\u00e9canismes\u00a0?\u00a0<\/b><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">C\u2019est aussi l\u00e0 que la pens\u00e9e critique devient essentielle. S\u2019engager dans l\u2019\u00e9laboration des politiques sans remettre en question <em>Ses cadres risquent de renforcer pr\u00e9cis\u00e9ment les in\u00e9galit\u00e9s.<\/em> Elle cherche \u00e0 rem\u00e9dier \u00e0 ce probl\u00e8me. Il est n\u00e9cessaire de nommer ce qui ne fonctionne pas. <strong>r\u00e9sister \u00e0 la pression visant \u00e0 accepter le processus institutionnel comme neutre<\/strong>et de rester attentif \u00e0 ce qui est exclu.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Travailler au sein des instances de gouvernance m&#039;a appris beaucoup de choses. <strong>Cette transformation n\u00e9cessite une strat\u00e9gie<\/strong>Le changement ne survient pas simplement parce que quelque chose est injuste. <strong>Cela n\u00e9cessite de comprendre comment les d\u00e9cisions sont prises.<\/strong>o\u00f9 se situent les influences, comment se forment les coalitions et comment naviguer entre les institutions <strong>sans perdre de vue l&#039;objectif<\/strong>.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Pour moi, <strong>Le leadership ne consiste pas \u00e0 amplifier les voix les plus visibles.<\/strong>Il s&#039;agit de <strong>cr\u00e9er les conditions permettant aux autres de d\u00e9velopper les leurs<\/strong> et de le faire d&#039;une mani\u00e8re qui ne les oblige pas \u00e0 se conformer aux normes de l\u00e9gitimit\u00e9 existantes. En ce sens, mon travail souvent <strong>on a l&#039;impression de construire des ponts<\/strong>mais aussi la formation de coalitions.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Car, en mati\u00e8re d&#039;\u00e9laboration des politiques, le pouvoir se transmet rarement par la seule pr\u00e9sence d&#039;un individu. <strong>Elle \u00e9volue collectivement, gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 des alliances, une compr\u00e9hension partag\u00e9e et la capacit\u00e9 de relier diff\u00e9rentes exp\u00e9riences dans une direction commune.<\/strong> Il ne s&#039;agit pas seulement de g\u00e9rer des processus, mais aussi de cr\u00e9er des espaces o\u00f9 les rapports de force peuvent \u00eatre remis en question et transform\u00e9s. Il s&#039;agit de veiller \u00e0 ce que l&#039;engagement ne soit pas une simple performance, mais un engagement authentique. <strong>Cette participation ne se r\u00e9duit pas \u00e0 la pr\u00e9sence.<\/strong>, <strong>mais li\u00e9 \u00e0 l&#039;influence<\/strong>.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Ce travail est souvent visible. <strong>Cela n&#039;appara\u00eet pas toujours dans les rapports ou les indicateurs<\/strong>Elle se manifeste dans les petits moments : une conversation qui instaure la confiance, un suivi qui permet \u00e0 quelqu&#039;un de prendre la parole la prochaine fois, une transformation de la fa\u00e7on dont un espace est v\u00e9cu.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Pour l&#039;avenir, je souhaite contribuer \u00e0 la construction d&#039;espaces de gouvernance qui ne soient pas seulement inclusifs en apparence, mais r\u00e9ellement inclusifs. <strong>transformateur dans la pratique<\/strong>L\u00e0 o\u00f9 la l\u00e9gitimit\u00e9 n&#039;est pas pr\u00e9d\u00e9finie mais \u00e9largie.
