Innovation and leadership go hand in hand. If you can innovate, but can’t bring your solution to others, when will change really happen? PLACE applies the pairing of innovation and leadership by newcomers at all levels. Within its programs and within the organization itself – it’s what gives us our edge, it’s what keeps us where we need to be.
On Wednesday February 5th, we will be training the latest group of newcomer leaders. These future facilitators will be responsible for inspiring other newcomers to bring their voices to sectors in need of innovation.
